Moms Across America supporters are reporting increased rumors of states like Washington state and Virginia Governors considering issuing mandates for the pending COVID Vaccine. This is a dangerous idea for many reasons. Americans from every state need to take action now, to prevent vaccine mandates in any state for any virus, especially this rushed and risky COVID vaccine. Now is NOT The time to allow immune system destroying chemicals in our food supply!

An astounding new pesticide bill called the Protect America’s Children from Toxic Pesticides Act 2020 (PACTPA), sponsored by Sen. Tom Udall (D-N.M.) and Rep. Joe Neguse (D-Colo.) is being applauded by consumers, fellow politicians, and environmental groups across the country.

According to supporters of the bill, PACTPA eliminates about 90% of the toxins in the food supply and addresses the emergency exemptions and conditional registrations which have allowed 60% of the agrochemicals on the market to be used for decades without any safety testing.

Moms Across America director, Zen Honeycutt, states, “We are thrilled that our elected officials are addressing a myriad of major flaws with the current pesticide regulations. While this bill does not include glyphosate, the most widely used herbicide in the world, it can. We ask for glyphosate to be added and also applaud the fact that it addresses most of the toxic agrochemicals, closes loopholes in safety regulations, and protects not only our children but farmworkers as well. This is a bill that every politician can get on board to support.”

Attorneys Bijan Esfandiari, Nicole K. H. Maldonado, Michael L. Baum, and co-counsel Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. filed the latest Gardasil lawsuit in Superior Court for the State of California, County of Orange against Merck & Co. Inc. and subsidiary Merck Sharp & Dohm Corp., both of New Jersey.

Better Brain Health: We Are What We Eat, by DW, the German Public Broadcast Service, is a deep look at the relationship between food and the brain. In this documentary film a panel of international scientists studying the field of neuro nutrition discuss how food goes straight to our brain - affecting our mental health, moods, and intellectual ability. 

The film investigates many studies on food and behavior, including one which exposes the one vitamin that was discovered to completely stop aggressive behavior in an animal study. 

On Labor Day, it is intended that across the nation we all take a break from labor. We rest. There is one group in particular, however, that will not likely be resting, and that group is farmers.

I spoke with an organic farmer a few days ago, and he shared with me how his crops, stone fruit and ancient wheat, have been almost wiped out this year. Montana was hit heavily with hail earlier this year that stripped the flowers and leaves off of the fruit trees and pummeled the wheat. Then the grasshoppers came and just keep coming. Montana farmers produce more organic wheat than any other state and ranks second in total grain production. Climate changes are likely to continue to happen and farmers' jobs are going to be even more challenging.

The Black Farmers Association has done something no one else has had the courage or resources to do: sue Bayer/Monsanto to stop selling Roundup. Moms Across America applauds this much-needed lawsuit and the commitment of the lawyers from Napoli & Shkolnik.
