Avoid GMOs! Say yes to Organic food....or as Grandma called it, food.

Non organic food can contain GMOs. GMOs have been shown to cause reproductive and hormone issues in animal studies. Protect your ability to reproduce, your hormones, moods and bodily functions by choosing organic as much as possible! Start by switching out your corn, soy, sugar and canola products to organic brands.

Nutrition = Fuel. Your nutritional habits will fuel your life. Consuming a diet filled with organic fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, very low in sugar and processed foods, should be the way you eat as a lifestyle.
